I would like to create a Distribution List in Outlook 2003. Is there an
easy way to capture email addresses from an email sent to me in order to
easily create a new Distribution List and to avoid having to enter them one
by one?
Hi Jim,
about your question:
>Is there an > easy way to capture email addresses from an email sent to

You could try our freeware addin for existing emails: Public Mail 2 Contact
for Outlook (freeware)
Public Mail 2 Contact is a freeware addin for Outlook It generates Outlook
contacts from existing e-mails and verifies whether the e-mail-address does
already exist as contact in Outlook.
