Office XP.

When an end-user double clicks on an email it opens it up in another window.
Usually there is a toolbar at top to allow her to Reply/Forward/etc.

That toolbar has now disappeared.  Any idea how to get it back.

Thanks,

Kevin Porter

Found the solution in another post.  Thanks to Brian Tillman who gave it.

Stop Outlook and open Windows Explorer.  Enter %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook
in the Address field and click go.  Locate the file outcmd.dat and either
delete or rename it.  (I chose to rename it just in case it didn't work I
could get it back.)

This fixed my problem.  Thanks Brian.
