I was posting for some time into various news groups I subscribed. But some
days ago I saw my posting doesn't apear in the news groups. Then the news
server started giving me a message stating "posing not allowed". Then I
called the tech support about it. Then they told me they can't block or
unblock my email address in any of their company's news servers and they
suggested to me to call Microsoft. But because Microsoft provides a chance of
free support I wanted to get the solution free. Could you tell me how to
solve the problem?

Ok, a)  This doesn't have anything to do with Outlook.
b)  What news server is giving you the error?

The news server is the ISP server which I have subscribed internet connection.

So *your* ISP tells you to call Microsoft because *their* news server is
telling you that posting isn't allowed?

That's slick.

Go to http://www.newsreaders.com and get a non-microsoft newsreader, get the
same problem and call the ISP back and raise heck.

are you using the email address assigned by the isp or otherwise associated
with the isp account?

Diane, the email address I have for the purpose of subscribing, posting News
Groups is my name (identity) then the ISP name. And it is outlook express I
was posting to News Groups as well as subscription.
