My GEEK buddy set up OUTLOOK with another Calendar folder for business ... it
has separate contact list, mail inbox , etc.  I cannot get my mobile device (
smart phone ) to synchonize with it. It only syncs with default " personal "
folder.

What must I do to sync my business calendar, contacts, and email with
mobile device ???

which version of Outlook? Which version of Windows? If you aren't using
Windows Vista then what sync software are you using?

You might need to create a profile that uses the new "Business" PST as
default and start Outlook with that profile then sync with it.

You might have been better off using just the one PST and creating a
Business Category and only synching that Category.
