I have a number of events spread out over the year that I need to invite one
attendee to. They are all in the same category if that helps. Is there a way
of inviting the attendee to all the events in one go, or do I have to do it
event by event? (PITA if that's what I have to do....)
Outlook 2007. Thanks

Simplest method I have found (Outlook 2007, right?) is to open a new message, and then drag and drop the calendar items into the message body (Right click and select copy).  Compose your message informing the recipient to open and save each item.

That's what I did initially, but the attendee, who is on Outlook 2003, could
open the items but couldn't add them to her calendar...
