I can not find anything on how to manually choose the sending account in
Outlook 2007 for new e-mails when you have multiple POP accounts. There is no
"From" option like in Outlook 2003, so all new emails come from the primary
account no matter which POP account you are in. Am I missing something in the
POP/primary account setup?

Gordon,

There is no the Account button under the "Send" Button.  The only buttons
showing are Send-Too...-CC...

then I would suggest that you don't actually have more than one account set
up in Outlook - go to Tools-Account settings and look under the Email tab -
how many accounts do you see there?
