Hi there,
My outlook (2003) won't load unless I open in safemode (hold the ctrl key
while opening). Otherwise it just sits in the task bar ... won't display or
open. Strangely enough, it will download my emails while it sits there, but
I can't do anything with it.
I've done a repair but this didn't fix the problem. Any other ideas on why
this might be happening. It started yesterday. I've cleaned my system and
I reboot everyday. My OS is WinXP Pro.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you using Outlook in a wireless LAN environment? If so try disabling
the wireless and try connecting PC with ethernet cable.
I had similar problem while using wireless LAN at home and signal was
sporadic. When I connected pc with a cable, things worked properly.

I don't have any trouble receiving emails ... the connection is good. When
it is sitting in the task bar, it is actually downloading my email ... it's
just that it won't display on the screen ... so I can't do anything unless I
load in safe mode. It's really wierd. I'm wondering if maybe my pst has
become damaged???
Thanks for your response. appreciated.

Try disabling any add-ins and see if that helps.

All add-ins are disabled. Although they were disabled in the first place,
but this was the first thing I checked after doing some research to resolve
this problem - before posting here.
