I use Windows XP as my operating system.  I use Outlook 2000 for my e-mail.
When I send my e-mail the time sent is two hours off.  The time on my
computer is correct.  I am using HTML (microsoft word to edit e-mail message)
to compose my message.  Why is my computer tim 4:00 but it said I sent my
message at 2:00??

What is the time zone set to on your computer?  I'm guessing it's not right.
