My handy icons are gone.  I've spent hours with McAfee's online tech support.
Ultimately, they tell me to uninsall / download / reinstall Spamkiller in
order to restore the missing icons.  I've tried that twice, but I can't get
my missing icons back!

Doesn't matter that I have designated the icons to be integrated with
Outlook toolbars, from the location within McAfee Security Center where that
designation can be set.  I've still got nothin'!

And you got nothing here.  Not an Outlook problem - suggest you post to the McAfee forums for assistance.
