Outlook 2000 in Vista

I've installed outlook 2000 in vista premium and it seems to work but I
cannot import my pst file from the old computer because it throws up an
error msg saying it cannot locate WAF.DLL.  The same error occurs if I try
to access the address book.   I repaired office but no change.   Any ideas
