I recently had to initiate a new email address from my cable provider.  In
the process, I agreed that Outlook Express was my email handler.  Also, their
agent helped me forward this new email address to my hotmail account.  When
all was done - I now find that when I open Outlook Express, I have 2 new
things happening:

1.  Outlook Express opens in the Outlook folder, as opposed to the way I
used to have it which was in my HOTMAIL/INBOX folder.  How can I correct this?

2.  When I click "CREATE NEW MESSAGE," there is now a pop-up "FROM" email
address area, which allows me to choose between my hotmail address and my new
email address.  I would rather not have this happen, as I use hotmail
exclusively.  How can I eliminate this pop-up.

thanks.

Never mind - solved the important issue and reposted the other.  See thread
