Problems with incoming emails with attachments

Why do I not get emails from 3 senders when they have attachments, but fine
from all other senders incliuding these 3 without attachments ?

Could really be lots of reasons, but, considering how little info there is
in your post, it's all mostly guesses.

I'm going to guess this is a pop3/imap account and not Exchange and ask:

Does your ISP provide a web based reader for your email and, if they do, do
you see the messages with attachments there?
