signature in emails

i have a signature in my email "when i click NEW email" and automatically
appears BUT when i receive an email and press REPLY my signature doesnt
appear at all. can anyone help to correct this and make it appear? even when
a reply to my clients?

You have to enable it for Replies on the Signatures page. Or you can just use
Insert, Signature on the Menu.

Unfortunately, this does not solve my problem. It is set up to enable
signature in replies but the signature is still not showing. This is a new
problem, it did not happen before.

And we are to your configuration?
Sounds like you are either missing a HTML or Plain Text copy of your
signature.
