Hi, I've set up e-mails sent to an exchange mailbox to divert to a public folder on the network through active directory. When internal e-mail is sent to that address they show up as e-mail messages, but e-mails from external addresses show up as discussions. How can I get them to show up as e-mails in the public folder? What's the default form for that public folder? If it's ipm.post, try changing it to ipm.note.
