but if she tries to Reply or Forward the message, the text appears.
We have Exchange 2000 and her Outlook 2003 has SP2.
The only thing I can find in common on the messages is that they are HTML
format.
What's really weird is that if she tries to read her email through Outlook
Web Access, she has the same problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Hi,

few of my users also experience this issue.
Lynn, could you check on the entire message the she recieve. Did you see the
reply email? In my case the reply message was put in the middle of the old
message instead of on the top.
I still don't know why this is happening.

Regards,
Tommy

Yes, if she hits Reply  or Forward, the entire message can be viewed correctly.
