User prints all emails both sent and received.  Some emails print without the
To From, Date heading info.  I cannot locate any settings which would cause
this.  Anyone have any ideas?

Is there any difference in the messages that print with that info and the
ones that don't? Same message format?

No difference in the format.  Only one user is having this problem.

Stumps me. I'd try updating the Printer drivers first.
