Hello Triip,
It seems to be an issue with the third party software like spyware , spyboot
or Anti-virus issue.
Please follow the steps
>start>run>msconfig>selective startup>uncheck load startup items>service tab>uncheck hide all microsoft services ( above the OK button)>disable all >apply >okay.
>send a test e-mail to yourself and check wht happens
>try to send an e-mail from internet explorer.
>if your are able to receive e-mails to your Inbox then its an issue with your third party (usually it will be Norton or spy ware ).
Hope this will resolve the issue.
