I am trying to import my old e-mails from my inbox and sent file folders from
one laptop to another.  When I try to import it gives me this error:

"The file C:inobox.pst is not compatible with this version of Personal
Folder Information Services.  Contact Adminstrator"

What do I need to do?  Both Outlooks are the same and XP's are the same.

Can you open the File via File | Open. Open and copy in preference to
importing when working with a PST file.
Also ensure the PST you are trying to open is not set as read-only.
