I just purchased a new Dell laptop equipped with Windows Vista. I'm using
Microsoft Outllook as my email client. When I first turn on my computer, I
am able to open Outlook and work in it without any problems. When I close
Outlook and try to open it again at a later time, the program does not open.
I don't recieve an error message, it just won't open. Can someone offer any
help?

When this happens, check the Task Manager to see if Outlook actually is
closed or still running. This is usually caused by Outlook not shutting down
properly. It could be an addon that's causing this or a Blackberry or other
similar USB device connected.
