Thank you very much. I am not sure to understand what is your recommendation
(sorry i am not an expert :-) I would highly appreciate more info about how
to do that.

Do you mean in the Sent Items folder? If so, right-click that field and
choose "Remove this Column".

you can't hide just that - you can hide the complete header in the reading
pane.
