How do I delete a document older than 5 days?

For instance, I move 'Out of Office' messages to a specific folder. After 3
days, I want those messages to be deleted. I can see where I specify a date
range, however this would mean that I would have to change the 'before' date
every day.

Is this possible with Outlook 2003?

Use Auto-Archive settings on that folder and tell it to delete items after 3
days?
