When I print an e-mail the "From", "Sent", "To" & "Subject" fields

When I print an e-mail the "From", "Sent", "To" & "Subject" fields are not
appearing.
Please advise.

I have the same problem. A lady would like to print draft e-mail for
approving but with to: and from: field included.

Sorry,

I just saw that earlier in Subject: how do i print the to and subject line
in a draft email from 3/09/2005 was posted the answer.
