why is it that when i recieve 4 emails at different time of the day my envelope icon disappears after i only read one of them?? it should stay there until all my emails are read. is there any way to do this? No. The icon only stays for a designated length of time--30 seconds is the max. Once you open one, it will disappear until you get another new email.
