Hello;

I am running Outlook 2003 on my laptop and we also have Microsoft Exchange
Server running for the company as well.  When I try to update (Send/Recieve)
I don't get any of my new mail into my Inbox.  I know there is mail awaiting
me because I can go onto the excange server via the web and see it.  I have
checked a few things out and can't seem to find any reason why it won't
update.  This also may sound odd but sometimes it will download the mail
after it is 10 days old.  I have checked my calendar/date/time settings.  I
have checked to make sure that when I Send/Recieve that it does so for all
accounts.  I can also send mail without any problem whatsoever.  I would
rather not be doomed to web mail for the rest of my life, does anyone have
any ideas?

Can you log onto a different PC/laptop on the same network, set up your
Outlook profile, and have it work there? Meaning is it related to
Exchange/Outlook or the PC/laptop?

I will try this in the AM and post a reply then.

I tried to access my account on a different laptop this morning and it WILL
download mail to my Inbox.   It has to be a setting on my laptop but I'm
having a real bugger of a time finding anything. (or possibly some sort of a
software hiccup)

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Delete the Outlook profile on the laptop and recreate it.

Thank you for your help.  I will try this and see if it works.  I will be out
of the office and on the road next week and may not be able to reply right
away.  I just didn't want you to think I don't appreciate the help because of
a lack of response.
