When loading states Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable.  Outlook must
be online or connected to complete this action.
What am I doint wrong?

Do you actually have a mailbox on a Microsoft Exchange server?

No I don't - I have an aol account.  I don't really want to have an
additional mailbox - do I have to have one?
