I can't send or receive e-mails in outlook now. I keep getting a message that
there is a bad image and to check the installation diskette. It says
C:\WINDOS\System32\MSOERT2.dll
is the bad image.
I have NO IDEAD what this is or how to fix it. Can anyone help?
Are you sure this is Outlook and not Outlook Express?

Yes, it is outlook. It happened after it auto archived my files. I never do
that and did it today and now I can't send or receive anything.

OK. Have you tried running Detect and Repair from the Help menu in Outlook?
You may need to have your installation disks or CD handy when you do this.
