Did Outlook 2007 come bundled with the first computer?  If so, you cannot
move it to another computer.  But if you bought Outlook 2007 on your own, you
can just uninstall it from the first computer and install it on the second,
then activate it from there.  Same with Outlook 2003...it can be moved if it
was purchased separately from the computer.
