I have a user who receives an error when trying to print from Outllok 2007 to
a Dell A940 printer.

The error is: cannot load library DLBAPRP.dll, using defaults error 126

I can't tell if this error is generated by Outlook or by the printer driver.
Microsoft has a KB article about the error when generated in OneNote 2007
and Word 2007, but not for Outlook.  I tried the suggestions in the KB
article, but to no avail.

Any one know how to make this error go away?  It doesn't prevent
printing....but you just have to click OK on the error message several times
in order to do so.

Hello Jeff,

couple of questions need to be answered

>when this happened
>did u install any  programs or uninstalled
>does it happens only when you print outlook documents.
>what happens when you print word > outlook uses word as well (by default).
>try to print the in safe mode by disabling norton and spyware or spyboot.

please let us known.
if you are able to print , it might an issue with spyware or antivirus

Raj,

It happens only in Outlook 2007.  It started when we installed Outlook 2007.
We still use Word 2003, so Outlook isn't rendering using Word.  Don't have
any problems in any other application.  No on-access anti-spyware/anti-virus
software in effect here.

Thanks.
