1:34 PM 7/27/2007 There is a wav sound that is DEFINITELY in my computer, yet when I go to set it as a custom sound for my alarm in Outlook, I get a message that the file does not exist. What is going on here? Is there any way to fix this? If so, please give details. Thank you, Barry Karas Hello Barry, Please try with couple .wav format sounds. Initially inorder to respond to your issue, i myself performed it , some works , some doesnot. Also please try accessing outlook in safe mode ( start>run>outlook<->/safe).
