Could use some help. When I open Outlook 2007, I always get the request to
install Business Contact Manager. Is there a way to turn that off? The
second thing is does anyone use the Business Contact Manager? I tried it
several months ago and had all kinds of problems such as when sending an
email, my system would send 2 or 3 or more of the same email to the same
contact. I found a way to remove it and stop the installation request at
that time but have since forgotten how I did it. I recently had my hard
drive replaced and when they reinstalled the software, I was back to getting
the install request. Can someone remind me how to stop the installation
request?

Ed,

I have a similar situation.  Everytime I start Outlook it comes up with the
Business Contact Wizard and I just couldn't figure out how to disable this.

The difference is that I have a brand new laptop with a brand new Outlook.
I do not want, do not purchase, have never tried Business Contact.

I posted similar question on the Outlook/Business Contact Manager forum.  If
I get any answers I will pass it on to you.  If you get a whiff of anything,
can you post also?

Thanks.
