For one email account, replies to email sent to others are not received. Can receive email sent directly by source but cannot receive response to email sent. Occurs with multiple recipients. Can't find any obvious problems with Outlook settings. Any ideas? Try to that account and an address the email was not received at again and set a delivery receipt. It might tell you what is really going on.
