I find that several simple task are VERY VERY dificult to perform with
Outlook/BCM

Say I lhave some 200 difrent mail folders - but the folder information is
missing on the e-mails and I can not find any way to locate a specific folder
by name.

can any one please explain to me how I can see the folder information and
how I can locate a folder in Outlook.

Also I apparntly need a general introduction to some of the 10 basic
operations - how do I work (seemslesly) with
contacts/distributionlists/categories - the approach I "naturally" seems to
be wrong.

YOU might try picking up an Outlook book. There are plenty around.
There are also some online tutorials via Office Online somewhere.

I can't work out what you are trying to do with 200 folders. having a large
number of folders isn't desirable to begin with.
