Hello,

Our users connect to Exchange 2003 for their email using Outlook. I have ONE
user who has managed to get their INBOX into the DELETED ITEMS folder. Know
idea how this happened; but I cannot move it out of the deleted items. Anyone
know how to fix this?

Outlook.exe /resetfolders will return default folders but I'm not sure how
that will work with Exchange. You might need to check with an Exchange
group. I'd copy the items from the Inbox in Deleted Items to a local PST or
another Exchange folder before you try anything.
