I want to print a weekly calendar that spans two 8 1/2 X 11 pages. The week
must begin with Sunday. The calendar options are set to begin printing with
Sunday, the compressed weekends option is unchecked, but when the calendar is
previewed/printed, it begins with Monday. What needs to be done?

You don't say what version of Outlook you're using. See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for some alternatives to
Outlook's native printing capabilities.

Outlook 2003 is the version being used.

If you are using Outlook 2007 then try the Calendar Printing Assistant for
Microsoft Office Outlook 2007:
