In the sent items.
The button/tab one selects showing to whom the e-mails were sent is not
present.
It only shows my name, the person that sent the e-mail.
How do I get the person to whom I sent the e-mail to show up.

Right click on the title line (where the From, Subject, date title is) select
Field Chooser, drag the To field to the title line and drop it where you want.

Open the mail item (double-click on it).
Or add the To column (right-click on the header row and use the Field
Chooser).
