i have searched for a solution to a strange request from one of the partners
at my work
he wants managers to be able to update his calendar with appointments,
nothing unusal in this, but he does not want to give the managers permission
to view his calendar, is there a way calendars can get updated without the
managers seeing the calendars

Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003

thanks

can't they just email him the appointments with the Invite Attendees button?

they will not be at the appointment, they have just to put entries into his
diary without it affecting their diary and without seeing his diary
