How do I add an outside email address to an already-established Distribution
Group? The outside email address should not be added to the company-wide
address books; it is to remain private. When I try to add an address in the
Distribution Group, it only allows me to select from the existing address
books. My own Contacts is not an option in the drop-down.  (BTW, I'm using
Outlook 2003. Our address books are on the Exchange Server.)

Are you talking about a Distribution Group in AD? Or a distribution list in an Outlook contacts folder?
