How do I enable the right mouse button in Outlook only? It works in Word, Excel, etc. I don't have any special software installed that would effect this. It should work. I sometimes get right-click behavior in other applications vanishing with Vista. A reboot helps. Does a reboot help for you or is the problem always the same? I'd try updating your mouse drivers.
