When you click To you choose who To send it to.
When you click CC you choose who to CC it to
When you click BCC you choose who to BCC it to

The problem is that when you create a new message and click the "To: button
and the contact list/Address book screen comes up the "To:, CC:, and BCC:
choices are not there.

To, BCC and CC doesn't have anything to do with your address book. The
address book only lists the addresses. You choose the *type* of recipient in
the email by choosing To, CC or BCC there then select the address from your
address book..

I may can elaborate on what Ed is saying. When he selects To:, it brings up a
select names window that contains his Global Address List and local Address
lists. Typically it will contain a list box with contacts and then three rows
below with a To ->, Cc ->, and Bcc -> button on each with a text box beside
them. He apparently no longer has these rows below his Contact list box.
Is this accurate Ed or completely off the mark. I do not have a solution but
thought I could help frame the problem a little better.

saved me quite a bit of time. It's appreciated and properly describes the
