Ok, I have a rule that moves all emails with news@xxxxx.com in the TO:
Box to another folder.  But, if someone has created their own list and
they send it to that list and the news@ email address is in there, it
is not filtered, meaning it comes to my inbox, not my other folder.
How do I fix this? I mean, I know it came to the news@ email box, but
it didn't directly say it in the INBOX. How do I resolve this instead
of having to have 100 rules set since thats how many people do it this
same way.

Thanks!

You might know, but, if news@xxxxx.c... isn't in the To (or cc) field,
there's no way for *Outlook* to know.  All Outlook knows is what it sees in
the headers of the message (which you can see on the Message Options under
Internet Headings), and even there Outlook is kind of limited.  It can't
work with most of the fields.

You wouldn't actually need 100 rules, since the rule does an OR search, but,
unfortunately, there isn't really going to be anything easier.

The best you could probably do is, rather than have news@xxxxx.c.. as an
alternate address for your mailbox, have it set up as an entirely seperate
mailbox and use the 'through the specified account' option.
