Hi,
There are many  names in  my contacts in outlook 2003, but when i send a new mail and type characters or click check names it shows no names in contacts, how can i guide outlook to pick up names from the contacts automatically.

Regards
Darshan

Ensure that you have marked your contacts to show as an address book. Right
click on Contacts (enable your folder view if you haven't already), scroll to
Properties. Click on the Outlook Address Book tab. Check the box to "show
this folder as an e-mail address book" and make sure that the folder is
indicated to be Contacts. Click OK and try again. Let me know if that works
for you.
