My husband's employer formerly used Mozilla and is switching now to Outlook
Web Access. He does not have Outlook itself loaded onto  the machine, only
the web access version.  I cannot find a way to load his contacts from
Mozilla into the Web Access version and cannot find a way to import them (I
know how to do it via Outlook itself, but they have not given him that
version).

Any suggestions?

OWA is part of Exchange and not Microsoft Office Outlook. The correct
newsgroup to discuss OWA is exchange.clients

Would you provide the link for exchange.clients?
