Our company uses Exchange 2003 (Standard) and all Outlook clients are Outlook
2003.

Is there a way to deploy, or force the users to use a signature file? We
already have software that puts the disclaimer at the bottom of their email.

Is this an exchange function or an Outlook function?

Thanks in advance
