Outlook E-mail Outbox Problem

E-mail replies get stuck in my Outbox.  This problem just starting occurring
within the past 2 weeks.  I can send new e-mails without problems, but when I
attempt to reply to an incoming e-mail the reply just stays in the Outbox.
It is never sent.

I have Nortons running as well as Spy Sweeper.  I use both Bellsouth.net and
Comcast.net(Default). Both are POP/SMTP types.

Where should I start looking?

Thanks

disable any antivirus email integration you might have. To remove the stuck
messages refer here:
