All my incoming messages have recently started going into my junk account!
Not sure what buttons I have pressed to cause this but it's driving me nuts.
Please, there has to be somebody out that there has been as stupid as me and
has found the answer.  Thanks

Hello Jools,

Make sure that the domain from where you are getting the mail is present in
the safe sender list.

1. Go to Actions, expand Junk Email and select Junk Email options.
2. Add the domain you wish to add in the safe sender list. eg. @abc.com
3. Also make sure that the checkbox for "Also trust email from my contacts"
is enabled.

Apply the changes, restart outlook and check if the problem is persisting.

With Best Regards,
Tushar Singh.
