Viewing internet headers in attached emails

Running into a bug that I can't seem to get around. With Outlook 2007, when I
receive an email with another email that has been added as an attachment, I
cannot view the headers on the attached email. Or I can see the header field
in the Options window, but it is filled with text from the body of the
message instead of the internet header information.

This is for Outlook with POP3 connection, not using Exchange.

The emails and attachments are viewable from webmail before being downloaded
by Outlook.

Older emails with attachments that were imported into this .pst file work as
expected, just new emails with emails as attachments display this behavior.

Any ideas on this?
