-- OK that is the site that I was looking for. The first page says Outlook
2007 but when I click up the button to download, it directs to a a page that
says "Outlook 2003/2002 Add-in: Personal Folders Backup" - here's the direct
link to that page:

I assume that this is the correct file but since it does not say 2007, I
just want to make sure that this is correct.

Yes, this backup application works fine in Outlook 2007.

In some cases, Pfbackup is installed but doesn't show up in Outlook's File
menu.

This happened to me in Outlook 2007 and XP.

If you try to uninstall the program, you'll be unsuccessful and you might
receive the error message "This action is only valid for products that are
currently installed". The Microsoft article "OFF2000: Error Message When You
Start Program: 'This Application Must Be Installed to Run' or 'This Action Is
Only Valid for Products That Are Currently Installed'"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=233529) discusses this error. However,
the solution applies only to Windows Me and Windows 9x.

To solve this problem on a XP system, you need to add Pfbackup to Outlook's
list of active COM add-ins.

1) From within Outlook, select "Tools", "Trust Center".
2) Select "Add-ins" from the list to the left.
3) Select "Com Add-ins" from the bottom "Manage" droplist and click "Go".
4) Click "Add" and browse to the outbak.dll file located at C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\ADDINS\.
5) Select outbak.dll and click "OK". The "backup" option will now be visible
in the "File" menu.

Many thanks to the original poster of this tip (although it had to be
changed since it was for the Windows 2000 environment
