Everytime I sync my Palm Pilot Tungsten E2 with my Outlook 2003, all of my
contacts and calendar entries get duplicated. There must be a way to stop
this from happening. Please help!

Your sync software is to blame here. Outlook only acts as a source and/or
destination just like your Palm Pilot. Your sync software is responsible for
not creating duplicates. Contact the vendor of the sync software for
support.
