I doubt that it says that there in no file attached; how else can you open
the attachment?
I think it says that you don't have a program associated with the file type
of the attachment. Contact the sender of the attachment and ask with which
program you are supposed to open his/her attached file.

Roady, The problem is that I can 't open the attachment. What it say's is:
this file does not have a program associated with it for perfoprming this
action.Create an association in the set associations control panel. How do I
get into the set associations control panel? Thanks

I miss stated the pop up. When I try to open the attachment a window opens
and say's: this file does not have a program associated wiht it for
perfoorming this action. create an association in the set associations
control panel. My question is how do I find the set associations control
panel? Thanks
