Hi. Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 - Tools-send/receive-send/receive
settings-deifine send/receive groups tab  wont open so I cannot set up to
receive mail automatically. The setting are ok because it works in Outlook
express. My husband loaded from the same disc's and his works. I can
download, headers, then download my mail so the settings must be correct.
HELP its driving me mad.

Locate the srs-file for your mail profile and rename it to .old. This will
reset your send/receive settings.

Thank you so much for responding, I could not find the file, but i created a
new profile and set as default and it works.  I am very grateful. Now if only
I could see my print preview in colour in publisher 2007 my problems would be
solved.

That does the trick as well and you're welcome! :-)

As for Publisher;
See if you have your printer configured to print in color.
File-> Print Setup-> tab Printer Details-> Advanced Printer Setup-> Print
colors as
The default is Composite RGB

If that doesn't help check the Publisher newsgroup instead.
